I have a major mid-day breaking update for you. We are now on the brink of witnessing the largest internal rebuke of Donald Trump by his own party in history: more than 100 House Republicans are preparing to vote in favor of releasing the Epstein files. That number alone is enough to form a veto-proof majority in the House, meaning that if the Senate follows suit (and signs indicate it will), these files will be released.

Meanwhile, I am continuing to review newly surfaced material, and I can tell you this: there is more the public needs to see. Much more. Donald Trump has now gone 24 hours without posting on Truth Social and has refused to answer a single question. The silence is deafening.

The fight for truth and transparency is only escalating. More documents are coming, and the stakes are rising by the hour. I have committed myself fully to uncovering the truth, and I will not stop, no matter how desperately this White House wants the public kept in the dark.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • House Speaker Mike Johnson fast-tracked a vote for next week on compelling the Justice Department to release all remaining Jeffrey Epstein files, moving sooner than House rules normally allow after Rep. Adelita Grijalva’s discharge petition forced action. His accelerated timeline reflects rising bipartisan pressure for transparency.
  • Politico reports that over 100 Republicans may vote to release the files—despite Donald Trump calling Epstein concerns a “Democratic hoax”—revealing deep GOP divisions. Only four Republicans signed the petition, but many more now signal support, raising questions about whether the measure will gain a veto-proof majority in both chambers if it passes the House.
  • Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., a statue with Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein holding hands is back up again.
  • May be an image of bust, display case, sculpture, statue and text that says 'oe BUSBOYS SPCET OOKS R'
  • Donald Trump’s Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, acknowledged today that yesterday’s email dump undermines his interview with Ghislaine Maxwell.
  • May be a Twitter screenshot of text that says 'Todd Blanche @DAGToddBlanche George, you've never been confused for a trial lawyer, and these kinds of posts explain why. When interviewed Maxwell, law enforcement didn't have the materials Epstein's estate hid for years and only just provided to Congress. Stop talking. It's unbecoming. George Conway @gtconway3d 20h An important side note about today's Epstein/Trun Trump revelations. They show that Todd Blanche's questioning of Ghislaine Maxwell was either (a) completely incompetent; or (b) intentionally crafted not to elicit facts incriminating Trump.... Show more'
  • For the second straight event, Donald Trump refused to answer any questions about Jeffrey Epstein. This is very unusual for a President who loves to talk to the press on a regular basis.
  • This remains the last post, now more than 24 hours ago, made by Donald Trump on his Truth Social:
  • Jeffrey Epstein offered to send a New York Times reporter images of “donald and girls in bikinis in my kitchen.”
  • May be a Twitter screenshot of text
  • The White House, through press secretary Karoline Leavitt, dismissed the newly released Jeffrey Epstein emails as a politically motivated “hoax” and media distraction, arguing that outlets like CNN are using the story to divert attention from what she says were President Trump’s wins in the government shutdown fight.
  • Megyn Kelly: “I know somebody very close to this case…Jeffrey Epstein, in this person’s view, was not a pedophile…He was into the barely legal type, like he liked 15 year old girls…He wasn’t into like 8 year olds…There’s a difference between a 15 year old and a 5 year old.”
  • A newly unsealed court record and interviews reveal how a homeless 17-year-old, seeking money for braces, was exploited through a “sugar dating” site and ultimately became the key witness in investigations involving Joel Greenberg and former congressman Matt Gaetz—whom a bipartisan House Ethics Committee found had substantial evidence of paying her for sex—highlighting how her vulnerable circumstances enabled powerful men to take advantage of her, even as prosecutors declined to charge Gaetz.
  • A brief, two-page Senate bill would block Donald Trump from receiving a proposed $230 million taxpayer-funded settlement related to the federal investigations into him, aiming to ensure he cannot obtain public money tied to his own criminal probes.
  • Sen. John Fetterman was hospitalized after a light-headed spell from a ventricular fibrillation flare-up caused him to fall and sustain minor facial injuries near his Pennsylvania home; he remains under observation so doctors can adjust his medications and is reported to be in good condition and joking with staff.
  • See you this evening.
